About the Author

Chetan Bhagat is the author of five hugely popular novels: Five Point Someone (2004), One Night @ the Call Center (2005), The 3 Mistakes of My Life (2008), 2 States (2009), and Revolution 2020 (2011). All his books have been bestsellers since their release and have inspired major Bollywood films. The New York Times described Chetan as India’s best-selling English-language novelist. Time Magazine recognized him as one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World. He also contributes to leading English and Hindi newspapers, writing on youth and national development issues. In 2009, he left his career in international investment banking to focus entirely on writing and creating social impact. He lives in Mumbai with his wife, Anusha, his IIMA classmate, and their twin sons, Shyam and Ishaan.
